The Del-Jersey-Land Artificial Reef is a collaborative effort of three states.
Jeff Tinsman has been running the Delaware Reef Program since it began in 1995. There is a large piece of natural bottom called the Old Grounds located 13 miles off the bell on a 113 heading. The Coleen Marine crew is a tight-knit group of people with some great stories. Eric Mooney put us on the fish. The next piece to be added to this reef will be a Cape May-Lewes Ferry later this year.
